Origin: Mexico (Colima, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Querétaro)

Growth Habits: Tree-like, up to 18 feet or more (6 m); stems 6 inches in diameter (15 cm); 6 to 8 prominent ribs; areoles 0.4 in. apart (1 cm); 6 to 10 spines, with one much longer.


Blooming Habits:
Pale pink scented flowers, 3.2 to 4.8 inches long (8-12 cm); edible woolly fruit, 2.4 inches long (6 cm)
