Growth Habits: Solitary, up to 2.5 inches tall (6 cm), 2.4 to 4 inches wide (6-10 cm); 110 to 120 very thin ribs; 6 to 9 spines, the areole upper ones are wider, papery, 1.6 to 3.2 inches long (4-8 cm), the lower ones 0.2 to 0.6 inch long (5-15 mm)

Blooming Habits:
White flowers, 0.8 to 2 inches in diameter (2-5 cm).
