Scientific Name: Mammillaria geminispina ssp. leucocentra (A.Berg) D.R.Hunt
Synonym: Cactus leucocentrus, Mammillaria leucocentra
Family: Cactaceae

Origin: Central Mexico (Hidalgo state)

Growth Habits: Spherical, green cactus, forming 2-3 feet wide (60-90 cm) mounds as it ages, each stem up to 4 inches (10 cm), 5 or 6 pure white central spines, 16 to 20 radials, milky sap

This clumps readily and make large mounds in the wild.

Blooming Habits:
Deep pink flowers, with darker midveins, up to 0.8 inches in diameter (2 cm).
