Origin: Mexico (Guerrero)

Growth Habits: Usually solitary, stems are up to 6 inches tall (15 cm), 3.5 inches in diameter (9 cm), 4 to 6 straight red-tipped central spines, sometimes one hooked, 10 to 20 radials.


Blooming Habits:
Carmine flowers, 0.6 inches in diameter (1.5 cm)
