Growth Habits: Globular to cylindrical solitary stem, up to 5 feet tall (1.5 cm), 12 inches in diameter; 24 ribs; 7 to 13 central spines; 5 or 6 reddish-brown radials, 1 to 1.6 inches long (2.5-4 cm)


Blooming Habits:
Golden yellow flowers with reddish mid-stripe.
