Growth Habits: Propagating using underground stolons, greyish green stems 3.6 to 12 inches tall (9-30 cm), 2 inches in diameter (5 cm); (11 to) 14 to 16 ribs; areoles 0.2 inch apart (5 mm), the young ones have brown felt; 3 to 5 central spines, one longer in the lower part of the areole; 10 to 12 radials


Blooming Habits:
Yellow flowers. Red fruits, very spiny.
