Growth Habits: Clumping, forming large clumps with over 100 stems, each stem up to 12 inches tall (30 cm), 2 to 3 inches in diameter (5-7 cm), 9 to 13 ribs; reddish grey spines; 4 or 5 central spines; 10-12 shorter radial spines, 0.2 to 0.4 inch long (5-10 mm)


Blooming Habits:
Bright orange flowers, 1.2 inches long (3 cm)
