Growth Habits: Usually solitary, 2 to 6 inches tall (5-15 cm), 2 to 4 inches in diameter (5-10 cm); 1 central spine sometimes hooked, 0.5 to 2 inches long (1.2-5 cm); 6-16 radials, 0.4 to 1.4 inches long (1-3.5 cm)

Watering Needs: Very sensitive to overwatering, does better when grafted


Blooming Habits:
Yellow flowers, 1.6 to 2.6 inches long (4-6.5 cm), 2 to 3 inches in diameter (5-7 cm)
