Origin: Mexico (Coahuila)

Growth Habits: Solitary, spherical to short cylindrical ; up to 3.2 inches tall (8 cm), 2.4 inches in diameter (6 cm); 4 central spines, to 1.2 inches (3 cm) long; 12 to 14 radial spines, up to 0.8 inch (2 cm) long


Blooming Habits:
Yellow flowers 1.6-2 inches in diameter (4-5 cm) followed by green fruits
