Growth Habits: Semi-prostrate, stems 3 to 10 feet long (1 to 3 m), 1.4 to 2.8 inches (3.5 to 7 cm) in diameter; 5 to 13 ribs; spines 3 to 8, 0.4 to 1.6 inches (1 to 4 cm);


Blooming Habits:
Flowers 1.6 to 1.8 inches (4 to 4.5 cm) in length, 1.2 inches (3 cm) in diameter, fruit red; seeds black
