Origin: Mexico (Oaxaca: Mitla)

Growth Habits: Shrubby cactus, trailing, segmented stems, up to 3 inches in diameter (7 cm), 4 feet long (1.2 m) or more; 3 or 4 ribs; areoles 1.2 to 1.6 inches apart (3-4 cm), 6 to 10 short needle-like spines, often missing.


Blooming Habits:
White nocturnal flowers with reddish outside petals, up to 8 inches long (20 cm). Red globose fruit, 1.6 inch long
