The species name "trilobata" comes from the Latine for "3-lobed".

The Wedelia has bright yellow flowers from spring to fall.

Culture:
This plant might need to be sheared to keep within bound. Wedelia is fairly salt resistant and grows well at the seashore.

Propagation:
The stems root whenever they touch the ground.
