Growth Habits: Semi-deciduous tree, up to 30 feet tall (9 m); even pinnate leaves, 2 feet long (60 cm), 4 to 8 pairs of 3 inches long leaflets (7 cm)

Watering Needs: Regular to moderate water, drought tolerant, needs good drainage

Propagation: Seeds (needs scarification)

Cultural Practices:
Prune after the tree finishes blooming.

Blooming Habits:
Fragrant yellow flowers, 1 to 2 inches in diameter (2.5-5 cm), in drooping clusters, up to 2 feet long (60 cm)

Fruiting Habits:
Woody, cylindrical pods, up to 50 cm long, blackish when mature
