Growth Habits: Dwarf palmtree, up to 8 feet tall (2.4 m), 6 feet wide (1.8 m); trunk with no crownshaft, 3 to 4 inches in diameter (7-10 cm); pinnate, fine leaves, 3 to 6 feet long (0.9-1.8 m)

Watering Needs: Regular water

Propagation: Easy by seed, from 6 to 8 weeks to germinate

Blooming Habits:
Dioecious. Flower stalk coming from among the leaves.

Fruiting Habits:
Oblong fruit, brown when ripe. Oval seeds, 0.5 inch long (1.2 cm), with pointed ends and a groove
